Staff was friendly and very helpful. Nice pool, tho a bit on the cold side. Valet parking at an extra charge per night but worth it instead of parking in a public garage down the street.

All in all, a great experience. The Courtyard Marriott in Downtown Columbus was extremely gracious in helping us send a birthday gift to my young neice who is staying there with a couple friends for her birthday! REALLY went out of her way to assist us. She was SO VERY gracious and accommodating, I am sorry I did not get her name, but she was amazingly helpful. We are very grateful for her kindness and professionalism.

The rooms are beautiful and clean. The bees are very comfortable, and the pillows are fabulous. One of the better places I’ve stayed in Columbus. These staff are pros at catering to not only your needs but your wants. They make you feel like friends.
